Service Description
ALL CONSULTS ARE VIA ZOOM UNLESS REQUESTED otherwise. Be sure to have a good connection so that I can thoroughly see the condition of your hair on camera. ALL QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED AT APPT, DO NOT TEXT/CALL WITH 100 QUESTIONS. DO NOT SHOW UP WITH YOUR HAIR BRAIDED OR PUT UP-- IT NEEDS TO BE FREE SO THAT TEXTURE & TECHNIQUE CAN BE DETERMINED. I DO NOT LOC RELAXED, TRAINED OR HEAT DAMAGED HAIR--IT NEEDS TO BE 100% NATURAL (not having a perm for 3-5 months IS NOT ALL NATURAL it takes longer than 24 months for a relaxer to completely grow off). I need to know exactly what you want BEFORE you schedule a retwist/appt, AGAIN this can be done via Zoom/facetime JUST BOOK IT so that I can carve out the time for it. This service allows me to see the condition of your hair BEFORE your appointment, gives the client an opportunity to explain what they want for their hair, and gives the opportunity to ask questions/discuss any concerns before final price is determined. Please NOTE consultations are ONLY GOOD FOR 15 DAYS PRIOR TO BOOKING. Any /All appointments cancelled by clients WITHOUT a reschedule will dissolve deposit --you get ONE reschedules with same deposit before it dissolves, you cannot drag a deposit for multiple reschedules. Cancellation Policy
I UNDERSTAND EMERGENCIES HAPPEN--To reschedule, a 24hr notice is REQUIRED. You may use deposit on file for ONE reschedule AS LONG AS ITS 24HRS BEFORE YOUR APPT. Any notice under 24hrs dissolves the deposit. NO exceptions. For cancellations of appointments past a 24 hr notice, your deposit is non-refundable and CANNOT be applied to your canceled appointment. You will need to schedule a new appointment & pay the required deposit. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINS LATE, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES TO STAY ON SCHEDULE WITH MY DAY AS PLANNED, DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
